Great service, I have them fix all of my automotive needs, they fix what is wrong and don’t sell you 3 other “problems”, it’s hard to find integrity and quality anymore and these guys have both.

I love, love, love these guys! They are fast, efficient and very reasonably priced. I've also never felt pressured to purchase extras. These guys know what's it's like to take care of a family and they do whatever they can to get you fixed up without feeling robbed!

My husband began working for Worthington Automotive after a large company closed stores and their auto shops. He found himself unemployed after 20 years of dedicated service, frustration over the company not wanting to do what was best for the customer and promoting sales of unnecessary repairs. Since he has been with Worthington Automotive, he is encouraged to do the right thing for the customer. The management team at Worthington Automotive truly care about the customer and take pride in doing things right the first time. Being the wife of an experienced and capable mechanic, there are very few places my family would trust with their vehicles; Worthington Automotive is at the very top of the list. Excellent experience with this shop. I brought in a brake line/caliper; I had a seized fitting on a brake line (I'm a DIYer). They made a new line quickly, while I waited, and to my astonishment, made the line at no charge. This is certainly uncommon. I would definitely go to them again if I needed help with a project. I haven't had them do any repairs for me but if I did need to go to a shop, I would recommend them.

Love these guys, they are the best! Great prices, nice employees, and they go above and beyond for their clients. I am talking a ride to work (I worked 5 miles from the shop, in case you think they will be your taxi) when I dropped my car off one morning. Can't beat such a great service!

This shop, and owner Mike, is where you want to bring your car if you want honest, safety-oriented guidance. Mike listened to me regarding my financial situation, took the time to trouble-shoot throughly. Unlike other shops, he did NOT try to get me to make non-essential repairs that I couldn’t afford. When a part put in by another shop needed to be checked, they made sure that I went there so that it would be covered under warranty. Integrity and directness is what I want in an auto shop, and I found it at Worthington Automotive. Thank you. I will be back!

After having an issue with a local shop in Delaware I took my 09 nitro into Worthington automotive. They immediately diagnosed the issue, went over the error codes with me, explained the best coarse of action and gave me an accurate estimate. The work was completed extremely fast and my car is running like new again. It’s very hard to find an honest and reputable mechanic these days, Worthington automotive has the process down to a science. They are by far the best place to take your vehicle for service in the Columbus area. Fair pricing, honest estimates, and genuine employees. What more could you ask for. 15/5 star rating in my book.
