This place is awesome. My wife and I have had several cars over the years and have always gone to them for our service needs. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and detailed. I have never had a bad experience and will continue to go to them as long as they are around.

I HATE having to take my vehicles in to have work done. No matter where I’ve gone in the past Ive always been faced with condescending shop workers who try to nickel and dime me, offer unnecessary repairs, etc. Oh boy, not here. I found a Groupon a couple of years ago for a synthetic oil change at Worthington Automotive. I went in and had a wonderful experience. At the end of the appointment, they had printed out a quote for a future maintenance need my van would have. It was the most low pressure, but informative thing I’d ever experienced. They took the time to explain why this particular (expensive) work needed to be done, and said they wanted me to have the quote from them so that if / when I reached out elsewhere for quotes, I’d have an idea of what to expect. This was amazing! I called two other shops for quotes and they were both more expensive than WA. I brought the van back to them for that maintenance and I’ve been a customer ever since. Most recently, the van started making a terrible noise. I dropped it off to them late on a Monday night, utilizing their drop box. By 9:30am the following morning, they’d figured out the issue AND told me that it was a problem with the previous maintenance work. I didn’t even have to ask about a warranty. They let me know it would be covered completely. I’ve always found everyone very honest and informative. Nobody speaks down to me because I am a younger woman. Their prices are fair and their staff is friendly.

My new permanent car maintenance/repair people. They earned my loyalty for sure. I had a very high quote with multiple "needed" parts for regular maintenance on my Honda. I took it to these guys to get the work done and added new tires to the order, and to start with, the quote was already less than what I had from the other place. Once they got my car, they called me and told me I didn't actually need half of the work I was told I would need, and they saved me 50% of my bill. Super friendly, very professional, made me feel valued and important. I couldn't find a ride to pick up my car when the work was done, so completely unprompted, they offered to come get me and bring me to the shop. All the work was great quality, and I'm 100% happy.

Couldn't be more pleased with the price, quality of work, and customer service I received. I won't bore everyone with the details, but I purchased a used truck from a local dealership that was having issues. The dealership refused to help, so I took my truck to another local mechanic. They quoted me a VERY high number and said they couldn't source the parts for at least 2-3 days. Luckily, my wife just happened to find a groupon for Worthington Auto, so we called them to see if they could take a look at my truck. Mike was very pleasant and told me to bring it in first thing in the morning. I dropped my truck off at around 9:15am; and by 11:30 they had diagnosed my problems and gave me a price that was literally half of what the other mechanic quoted. Much to my surprise, my truck was done the same day! They fixed several oil leaks, replaced multiple parts, and did a front & rear full brake job in one day for a great price. So it was done quick and for a reasonable cost, but the best part of the experience was when I picked up my truck up. The mechanic (I believe his name was Todd), talked with me for probably a good 15 minutes discussing the repairs made and also took the time to give me a "101 lesson" on my truck, telling me what to look out for in the future, when to be worried, when not to be worried, etc. I really appreciate that he took the time to do this considering it was closing time for the shop. All around they seem like good, honest guys and I won't hesitate to go back in the future.

Todd will help you out! I had to schedule in a wheel alignment since Costco didn’t perform the service. Even though the shop’s schedule was full, Todd somehow squeezed in an allotment for me and kept me updated on the service. Great work! Great professionalism! U got a new customer now. They took my car promptly to work on it (oil and filter change /top off fluids, tire rotation) and greeted me very professionally. Mike greeted me and rang me up when finished. I only had to wait 45 minutes, which was very good! He called me during the service to notify me I needed an air cabin filter changed, and told me the cost. It was very reasonable. I highly recommend this shop for your car needs!! Will definitely go back.

They are fantastic at Worthington Automotive!! I can't say enough about the customer service, prices, and quality of work. I've taken all of my cars there for years now, and will continue to do so. You can't go wrong with the value and service at Worthington Automotive!

Ladies, let me tell you something! Theses guys are honest and upfront with you. They are all wonderful !! I just paid my car payment and new insurance. Then my car wouldn't go past 30mph.It happened in front of firestone. No help there !! So I drove down to Worthington autos who's worked on my car before.. And are great. I wasn't having a very good day! But Mike and Todd took care of my car and it runs better than when I bought it!!! They gave me a loaner so I could get home. And my car was fixed and ready the next morning. Thank you, Todd and Mike your the best!! I will always bring my car to you!!
