Always great customer service and always try to be fair in their pricing! They don’t overcharge you and always make sure your car is running I will change properly! I’ve been going to them for any maintenance needed for cars and there is not a better group of people like them. Thank you guys for always going above and beyond and wouldn’t trust anyone else!! :)

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Guy at the front desk with glasses thinks he really knows it all. Rude. Poor customer service, talks to you like you’re an idiot. What he was saying didn’t make sense so we had our car assessed by another automotive place that was rated better and they said Worthington automotive did not do the work correctly. Should have went to the other place first. Lesson learned.

Bad service,Needed to fix my car window regulators ,charged lot amount of money and did nothing to it ,same issue even worser, Left my car dirty after touching the windows so I needed to detail again

I'm confused, the car arrive with both front window smashed with the glass rattling in the bottom of the doors. Someone stuck new windows in the door with neither working. We went above and beyond sweeping all the old glass out of the doors and out from the car. We installed window regulators on both front doors and you had an electrical issue with the passenger door not allowing the window to work with the switch. You pressured us to have this finished same day and my tech did not have time to clean the prints off at the end of the day from whom ever dropped the windows down in the first place. Saying we did nothing to it but make it worse is just not true.

Best experience Ive ever had with an auto repair. They are very efficient professional and they offer loaner cars!

Got my car serviced here multiple times for oil changes, spark plug and brake replacements. Had one instance where my car’s check engine light came on and when I took my car in they simply told me it was something that had gotten lose under the hood, fixed it and returned my car to me free of charge. Not only do they do good work but they’re honest about their work which is equally as important. Will be going back there soon!

I've been taking my cars there for years. I don't go anywhere else - reasonable prices, and great customer service!
