Skilled and trustworthy techs. Had a bolt snap off into my engine block, the guys had to tap and drill it out by hand. They successfully drilled it out without letting the broken piece of bolt fall into a coolant galley which would've cost me a new engine. 10/10 would recommend.

Have been using Worthington Automotive for several years and have always received good service and fair pricing.

They are very accommodating, customer focused, and quick. I was surprised that they have technology and systems in place that match franchise dealers at a fraction of the cost.

I've been taking my vehicle here for about 6 years. They are always professional, they explain everything. Today I was told I needed 2 new tires but the tech didn't try to sell me a super expensive tire. He said the old ones on my car that need replacing were pricey and that brand wasn't necessary. So, they are honest and always helping out their customers.

I've always prided myself as a backyard mechanic. I ran into a problem I simply could not figure out. I reluctantly started the process of researching local mechanics. I did not want to go to a dealer. Worthington Automotive rose to the top with the number of excellent reviews. I called them up, scheduled an appt., and dropped off my vehicle. Within a day they had my problem diagnosed, plus listed other items that needed attention. Receiving a link to a detailed report via text was a bonus. I was able to review pictures and notes left by the technician. We then talked through what I could do on my own and what I'd like them to do. A few days later my vehicle was ready with the work they completed. I then did the additional work that I felt comfortable doing. In the end my car runs great, and I feel safe letting my 16 year old son drive it. I wish I had made the decision sooner to have them diagnose my issue. Price to diagnose was way cheaper than the parts I threw at it trying to diagnose it on my own. From now on, if anyone asks if I know a good mechanic, I know where to send them. Thanks for getting me back on the road, without breaking the bank. At no point did I feel judged for the armature work I had already done. Very friendly.

Hands down the best auto shop I've ever been to. It's not even close. Kind, courteous, professional, and on top of their work. Came in with a dead battery, but couldn't pay. Rob told me not to worry about it, pay when I can. They had me in and out in an hour when I came after work and even put new wipers on my windshield. No charge. I would happily pay double what they're charging me for this level of absolutely premium service.
