I've always prided myself as a backyard mechanic. I ran into a problem I simply could not figure out. I reluctantly started the process of researching local mechanics. I did not want to go to a dealer. Worthington Automotive rose to the top with the number of excellent reviews. I called them up, scheduled an appt., and dropped off my vehicle. Within a day they had my problem diagnosed, plus listed other items that needed attention. Receiving a link to a detailed report via text was a bonus. I was able to review pictures and notes left by the technician. We then talked through what I could do on my own and what I'd like them to do. A few days later my vehicle was ready with the work they completed. I then did the additional work that I felt comfortable doing. In the end my car runs great, and I feel safe letting my 16 year old son drive it. I wish I had made the decision sooner to have them diagnose my issue. Price to diagnose was way cheaper than the parts I threw at it trying to diagnose it on my own. From now on, if anyone asks if I know a good mechanic, I know where to send them. Thanks for getting me back on the road, without breaking the bank. At no point did I feel judged for the armature work I had already done. Very friendly.
