Had brakes done in April 2023. W.A. did a great job on my front brakes and forgot to lubricate my rear brakes. So now I'm replacing pads and rotors again after barely 15 months of light driving. So much for a great Groupon deal. I would go back get them to fix it, but they had my car all day long...I don't have that kind of time to deal with this after such a short time. I am so disappointed.

I am so disappointed. Edit: I called the shop and they confirmed work would have been covered under their warranty but they refused to offer a partial refund. Why would I return to a shop that failed to install it right the first time placing my welfare at risk and taking a large amount of time to do it? If the pads were were bad, fine. This was a poor install job and no I will not trust you a second time and that should be a consumer right you respect and honor. Owner didn't even call back.

Always a positive experience. Great customer service, honest and reliable. I have taken my cars there for several years and have no complaints. Top notch and highly recommended.

Mike the owner was an absolute ace. He listened to my concerns about the issues with my vehicle. Took it for a drive to feel it out for himself. The car was ready for pick up 2 days later! Reasonable in price. The staff was all professional. He even gave me a loaner car to use while the car was in repair! Il be back Mike. The new tires I purchased from you also worked out very well! Will be back for future repairs!

I purchased a Groupon voucher for the A/C Evacuation and Recharge with Up to Two Pounds of R134a Refrigerant. The cost was $109.65 on Groupon. They requested $167 plus $20 ( $20, saying my 2009 Toyota hybrid car needs different oil ) This is written on Groupon. "Not valid for European models; YF1234 systems not included in this offer. " It doesn't indicate anything about other things. So the Groupon doesn't seem to be working with them. I requested a refund from Groupon.
