Several months ago I had some work done at the dealership. After the work I noticed a rattle. Took it back 3 different times and they couldn’t fixed it and told me I needed a new exhaust. Stopped in Worthington Automotive on my way home from work for a second opinion. Rob heard the noise and crawled under my truck and found a loose bolt. Problem fixed and didn’t even charge me. They have earned my business!

Tremendous service w online booking / scheduling. Vehicle towed in and the service personnel did the rest. Within 2 days received a complete diagnostic with recommendations and pricing. Selected the service / repair suggested and the vehicle was ready for city / highway driving in less than a week. Highly recommend Worthington Auto !

I had a valve gasket replacement done which the dealership said I needed done in May. Worthington Automotive informed me in May it could wait. So here it is October, repair complete with overwhelming satisfaction. Customer service is excellent and repair cost much cheaper than the dealership.

I trust everything they tell me. If I’m told something needs to be fixed I believe them. As a women I could be told anything.Worthington Automotive has proven themselves to be honest on more than one occasion.
